Hungerhill School

Rome, Italy Trip

Hungerhill School runs a unique trip to Rome, which takes place in the May half term holiday. The trip is open to all current Year 9 and 10 students.

This is the first time that the trip has been offered, and the aim is to provide students with an enriching experience outside the normal curriculum.  The trip is open to all students, regardless of the curriculum they study.

Some of the planned activities include:

  • visits to the following famous and historical locations:
    • Colosseum 
    • Roman Forum
    • Trevi fountain
    • Vatican museums
    • Sistine Chapel
  • guided surfing excursion to Ostia, including surf training.

The trip will be a fantastic experience for students, and will cover a range of cultural, historical, and active experiences.
