PD Hour
Personal Development Hour - Careers
All students will access tailored careers lessons during PD Hour. Within this educational journey, year 7 will have an introduction into what a career is and what jobs are available. Year 8 will explore subject option choices to support them with their GCSE options. Year 9 will have a focus on finance and how to manage money. Year 10 will prepare for work experience and Year 11 will look at CV writing and interview preparation. Each year group will also have a session delivered by an employer at some point during the academic year.

All students can log onto this at any time and complete any quizzes they wish to and they can read about any careers they are interested in.
